Know well about the shipping statuses and reduce enquiries of customers.
a. Sign up a Trackingmore account and login to the backstage for free;
b. Click "Track">"Import">"Get CSV sample" to download a CSV file;
c. Enter courier code and tracking number, then save and close the file;
d. Click "Track">"Import">"Browse" to select the file you just saved and then click "Import" button;
e. After importing successfully, you will see data in your Trackingmore account.
Currently, Trackignmore has two kinds of file samples for customers to choose. One is the complete CSV file and the other is the basic xlsx sample.
A: Fields and Descriptions for complete CSV file.
original courier code:Trackingmore assigned each courier a Courier code Click the given link to find the original courier code of your courier and enter into the CSV file. (Required field)
tracking_number:Tracking numbers of your shipments. (Required field)
customer_email:Customer email addresses you want to send delivery notifications to. For more than one address, please add comma between each one. (Optional field)
order_id:The order number of your item. You can also add it manually on the backstage. (Optional field)
title:The name of your merchandise. You can also add it manually on the backstage. (Optional field)
customer_name:The name of your customer. You can also add it manually on the backstage. (Optional field)
Cellphone number:Please add "+" and area code before the cellphone number. For more than one number, please add comma between each phone number. Eg: +86 13530218546. (Optional field)
tracking_postal_code:Usually you do not need to fill out this field except some exceptions. For example, when track packages from PostNL International 3S, it needs customers to provide postal code. (Optional field)
tracking_ship_date:Usually you do not need to fill out this field except some exceptions. For example, when track packages from Deutsche Post, it needs customers to provide shipping date. (Optional field)
tracking_destination_country:Usually you do not need to fill out this field except some exceptions. For example, when track packages from PostNL International 3S, it needs customers to provide destiantion country code. (Optional field)
a. This is the compact sample file. You only need to fill out the tracking_number field.
b. But before importing the file, please make sure you click Select courier to set your frequently used couriers.
c. The system will detect couriers from the frequently used couriers you set. If the same number were matched with multiple couriers , it will select the first courier it detects.
d. If you found a wrong courier is matched, you can select the number and modify.
a. The courier code and tracking number are compulsory fields. The other rows are optional rows.
b. Please remember to keep the header untouched.
c. Please make sure the cells format is "text" before editing the CSV. Otherwise, the tracking number will be truncated and the phone number "+" sign will be identified as a formula.
d. Please do not change the format of the CSV file you downloaded.
